Payment schedule
- From the date of booking flat within 30 days you must pay all installment of flat cost mentioned in agreement for sale.
- Delay clause the project may delay due to unavoidable circumstances and unforeseen
- The area of flat allotted may slightly vary at the time of handing over the position the premium of the flat will proportionately vary due to the situation if such is within 10% limit on change in location for surrender shall be allowed. However if such variation is more than 10% allotment and take that in entire money deposit by him or her without any interest at the time of allotment 100% of total cost of the flat will have to be deposited as booking amount and this amount be adjustable towards the cost
Notes:
- Is certain specification is improved upon as per the advice of architect decision of the promoters then the customer will accept the same and shall pay the same provided the cost involved within or up to Rs 5/- per SFT of built areas for which prior consists of the customer will not be required
- All specifications, sizes and layout etc. are subject to such variation additions alteration and modification as decided by the promoters or architect or society or by component authority
Additional fixed charges
4,00,000/- only per flat for lift, generator, intercom, fire system, tec, miscellaneous charges etc.
Interest for delayed payment
In case of delay in payment of any installment interest @18% per annum shall be charged on overdue amount for a period of the delay
Withdrawal of booking amount
In case of withdrawal of booking amount in the payment thereafter cancellation charge of 10% on the total cost of the flat will be deducted
